It is the doorway for most of Nepal's popular rafting destinations. The city is never lack of jaunty trekkers and backpackers throughout most part of the year. There are numerous hotels and restaurants that stretch for miles along the banks of the Fewa Lake, giving the lake city the look of a literal melting pot of different nationalities.
