Your tour begins with panoramic dream Himalayan Flight of fantasy to Mt. Everest, visiting the cobbled stone old cities of Kathmandu which are listed as world heritage monuments by UNESCO; this includes Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, the Greatest temple for Hindus’ – Pasupatinath & the biggest & oldest Buddhist monastery all make up a part of sizzling holiday as you see history come alive in Nepal’s ancient monuments & old time market souks just like it was hundreds of years ago; our combo tour also extends to a 06 hours scenic drive down to the Chitwan National Park which covers an area of 932 sq kilometers, offering some of the best jungle activities in the world. This Park is also listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO as well. After enjoying 02 days of exhilarating & exciting outings in the Jungles of the Chitwan National Park we will go for another wonderful drive amidst rural settings as we cruise down the highway to Pokhara City. Pokhara City {better known as the city of lakes} is a ‘must do’’ destination for adventure lovers. It is a place of remarkable natural beauty. The clear and calm sereneness of Phewa Lake and the radiant views of the fishtail summit of Machhapuchre at (6,977m) rising behind Phewa Lake creates an ambience of tranquility and delightful images as its shadows fall across the biggest lake in Pokhara. Having enjoyed the lovely sights in Pokhara Valley & some quiet boating on the lake which we will truly enjoy, we will drive down to another beautiful sleepy town of Dhulikhel which has its own special settings that include old houses almost as old as the mountains. This is a wonderful tour of self discovery.

Trip Detail Itinerary
Day 01.
Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345meters): and you will be met by our airport representative and transferred to hotel, your evening is relevantly free and after you have refreshed, you can get familiar with the area by going for a stroll down the street. At eventide our Tour Manager will meet you at your hotel to brief you on program during your stay in Nepal. Have supper, & its then rest & your first overnight in the city of cows & temples, probably the most in the world. BB
Day 02.
Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu valley:
After a good night’s rest & a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we set out for a Sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu valley which begins in Kathmandu Durbar square, Swayambunath (Monkey temple) in the morning and sightseeing in Pashupatinath Temple and Baudhnath Stupa in the afternoon. Kathmandu is a wonderful mix of the ancient & the new & this includes western influences that sometimes makes visiting the capital an interesting place to spend time in as the old stubbornly jostles for its place with rising attractions from Europe & the west. Some of the sites you visit are UNESCO declared world heritage sites & you will truly enjoy visiting these ancient monuments & learning of its mystic history you’re your professional guide. Day 03.
Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara - 6 Hours.:
After an early morning breakfast at the hotel, it’s a wonderful scenic drive to Pokhara as we cruise through colorful rural settings that you will much enjoy from the windows of your bus which takes about 6 hours before you drive into the lake city. However, you have options of using private transport or flying to Pokhara. On reaching Pokhara, you will check into your Hotel, refresh and our sightseeing of Phewa Lake and the Barahi temple begins; we also visit David’s fall, the Gupteshwor caves & an interesting Tibetan refugee camp. Overnight at your Hotel B.B
Day 04.
Full day sightseeing tour of Pokhara city:
After b/fast, we continue with our s/seeing of Pokhara by visiting the old Bindhya Basini temple & we also do some boating on the lovely Fewa Lake. We then return back to our hotel, refresh & then we Drive to the ancient town of quiet Palpa which takes about 5 hours – check into our hotel, refresh & then visit the old town, its temples & the ancient weaving centre where Nepal’s national caps (Dhaka topis) & other pure cotton attires related to the national dress of Nepal are woven. Overnight at your Hotel B.B
Day 05.
Drive from Pokhara to Palpa (Tansen):
After having breakfast at the hotel we will Drive to the different ancient spots of Tansen, the capital of Palpa & visit some of the old palaces of the ancient Newar kings that ruled this once-upon-a-time ancient kingdom that’s now relegated to a town after the unification of Nepal into one independent kingdom. Overnight at Hotel B.B
Day 06.
Drive from Palpa to Lumbini:
Hike to Shrinagar Hill for a wonderful sunrise view that’s just breathtaking to watch with the bright rays of the sun falling on the surrounding landscapes. We then have breakfast at our hotel and drive to Lumbini in the early afternoon – check into the hotel and visit Lumbini if the time permits on the same day. Overnight at Hotel B.B
Day 07.
Full day sightseeing tour:
After breakfast we will take you for a full day excursion of Lumbini. The sightseeing tour of Lumbini will cover various sacred sites associated with the life & times of Gautam Buddha and the different monastic symbols that represent Buddhism for what it is today. Overnight at your Hotel B.B
Day 08.
Drive from Lumbini to Chitwan:
After an early morning breakfast we will drive to Chitwan – check into our jungle lodge and embark on a wildlife Tharu village tour. Overnight at our lodge B.L.D
Day 09.
Full day jungle activitiesi:
After b/fast amidst the sweet chirping of birds, we set out for a Full day of jungle activities that include Jungle Walking, Elephant Back Riding Safari across streams & into the jungles; we also enjoy watching the Elephants bathing and visit the elephant Breeding center, at eventide, while having supper, we enjoy a scintillating Tharu cultural stick dance that’s real exciting to watch in the evening. Overnight at our lodge B.L.D
Day 10.
Drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu:
After b/fast, we will take you for an interesting Bird watching tour in the morning and provide you a packed lunch for your transfer to Kathmandu. Overnight at your Hotel B.B
Day 11.
Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure. B

Can I get Nepal visa on arrival?

The easiest way to obtain Nepal tourist visa is in the Kathmandu airport. Upon your arrival in the KTM airport fill out the necessary forms and proceed to the visa line. Only USD 25.00 will be charged for 15 days visa, USD 40.00 for 30 Days and USD 100.00 for 90 days tourist visa. Please bring 2 passport photos (one for the visa and 1 extra).

What is the best air route to my destination?

Nepal is a popular tourist destination in south Asia. Several airlines have direct and non-stop flights from Middle east and Asia to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu, and the only international airport in Nepal.

What type of insurance should I have before come to Nepal? Can I get there?

Check your insurance whether you have both medical and evacuation insurance. If you need that just for the trip tell us we help you. That mean you can get here as well. Our encouragement to have it before you come and make it in your country.

When should I travel to Nepal?

The Nepal Himalaya is governed by the Southerly Monsoon which brings heavy precipitation between the months of June and August, i.e. it rains a lot. There are great treks available in the rain shadow during these months but if you are planning a more popular trek it is best to avoid the monsoon months. Autumn through to Spring is the best time to fully experience Nepal.

What kinds of Banking facilities in Nepal?

Nepal has modern banking facilities and some international banks even have offices in Kathmandu. Almost all foreign currencies along with credit cards such as American Express, Visa, and Master card are accepted in Nepal. Nepal has also ATM facilities as well.

When should I book my trip?

Because our trips book up months in advance, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. We will of course make every effort to accommodate last minute bookings.

Is someone going to meet me at the airport? Are transfers included?

Yes, our Airport Representative will come to the airport to pick you up. Outside of Terminal Hall. We will be displaying a play card of Outfitter Nepal company with your name on it.

How much spending money should I bring?

This will depend on the destination and you're spending habits. However our trip dossiers will give you an idea of how to budget for additional meals, optional excursions, and extra expenses you might incur on any specific trip

Does your company help to arrange domestic flight, international flight, hotel bookings and other services?

We are Nepal based company. So we suggest you to arrange your destination International flight from your hometown. Domestic flight ticket is included in our packages tour.

Additional help will be provided for you different activities like river rafting, city guided tour, Mountain flight, jungle safari etc according to your requirements.

How safe? Traveling alone women with your company?

We ensure all safety and security for individual woman traveler while with us, we are more confidence for this issues, believe us. We have train our guides, the way our clients want. We give you personal room on lodge trekking and personal tent for camping (Tented camp) trekking.

Is the food / water safe to eat / drink?

Hygiene when trekking generally has improved considerably over the last ten years, Our guides have the local knowledge to choose the lodges which maintain a high standard of hygiene. All meals are prepared to high standards, fruit and vegetables are soaked in iodine before preparation. Most lodges serve boiled and filtered water, which is generally safe, we suggest a drop of iodine to be totally sure. And as well as it is possible to buy of bottled.

What happens if there is an emergency?

All of our guides are well-trained in basic first aid and can deal with the basic ailments that may occur on trekking and tour. In the event of an emergency Outfitter Nepal will cover initial expenses of any rescue operation. It is a condition of booking that you are adequately insured for such an event as these expenses will need to be recovered from your insurance company. In the more frequented regions there are health posts, which have been established by foreign doctors and many are staffed by overseas personnel.

What are your payment terms?

We prefer 20 % advance deposit of total price of a tour in order to conform your reservation before you arrive in Nepal. And rest of the payment can be made after your arrival.

Can I bring some food from home?

You may bring power bars, Power Gel, cereal bars or similar high energy foods, powder Gatorade is also recommended to fight dehydration.

Is there any communication while we are on Tour?

There are telephones in many cities/villages along the popular tour routes from which you can make international calls and internet facilities are available in most of the cities.

Are the Outfitter Nepal's staffs insured?

Our company insures all our trekking/tour staff, including guide, cook, sherpa and porters. We take pride in the fact that every single porter and guide employed by us is not only well paid but also protected by a life insurance policy. They are provided with warm clothing and proper shelter on all high altitude trekking.
