Everest base camp trekking is a famous and challenging trek in Khumbu Nepal. The trek is famous for its spectacular mountain peaks and friendliness of its inhabitants (Sherpa). While many of the routes through the mountains are difficult, there are ample places to rest and enjoy a meal along the way. The trekking is possible in this area, the whole year around, but the best times to visit are from the beginning of March to mid May and from the beginning of September to mid November.



The trekking to base camp begins early morning, by flight from Kathmandu to the mountain airstrip to Lukla, the heart of Everest Region, then around three hours walk we reach at Phakding and then we continue north up to Dudh Kosi valley and to Namche bazaar, there we spend a day for acclimatization. Next day, we continue our trekking to Kala Pattar and subsequently to Everest base camp; we have one day rest in Dingboche or Pheriche in between and for some side trips and further acclimatization. We have some magnificent views of Everest along with Nuptse, Lohtse and Mount Pumori and we return back to Lukla and catch our flight to Kathmandu.

Langtang trekking is mainly to have trek in the remote but the most amazing valley of Langtang region, where you can have an exciting moment at high mountain lakes Gosainkund and the beautiful valley ' Helambu' and you can also visit the Langtang National park and then have a trek to the end of the valley to view wonderful ice flutes of Gyangchempo. 



While we go for the trekking in the region, we drive along the Trisuli River north of Kathmandu, through Trasuli Bazaar, Dhunche and finally reach at Syabrubensi, a Sherpa village located at the very edge of the Langtang National Park. Then, we begin our trek to the Langtang valley, in between, we cross many rivers along a gorge and pass through oak and rhododendron forests and glacial moraine and reach at Tamang village of Langtang.



There is Kyangin Gompa located on the top of the valley, where we stop overnight and visit the local yak cheese factory and have a view of the glaciers, which is also a gateway to Tibet and we return back to Syabru village and make a trip to Sing Gompa, a place where the holy lake Gosainkund is situated and we cross the Llaurebena Pass (4610m), and continue south leaving the Langtang region and reach at Helambu valley and subsequently at Chisapani and return back to Kathmandu.
