It offers spectacular mountain scenery and takes us north of Annapurna & Mt. Machhapuchare (Fishtail) ranges. This region is heavily settled and farmed. Sarankot is an ideal view point to view both a sunrise & sunset within the majestic Himalayan range. We will have views of mountains from Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Manaslu including the magnificent Mt. Machhapuchare (Fish Tail). Sarankot village is perched on the North West of Pokhara with enchanting views of Pokhara Valley and the Phewa Lake. This is not only a remarkable trek, but one of the most popular treks in Nepal. It passes through beautiful countryside inhabited by highly diversified communities of people. This region is heavily settled by the mid hills tribe "Gurungs." Gurungs are the famous Gurkha soldiers in the British, Indian, and Nepalese Army, yet back home in the high hills, they are Shepherds and farmers.

Chisapani Nagarkot Hiking Details Itinerary:

Day 01.
Drive from Pokhara to Sarangkot Phedi and Hike to Sarangkot- 3 hours:
We will drive to Sarangkot phedi after having breakfast on your hotel in Pokhara- which takes about 24 minutes then we will hike all the way up to the Sarangkot, sarangkot is the best and the nearest piew point form pokhara to see the sunset and sunrise view over the Himalayas. Overnight at Guesthouse. B.L.D
Day 02.
Hiking to Dhampus from Sarangkot- 5 hours:
We will see the sunrise view form sarangkot and will have breakfast then start our hiking towards the dhampus which is another view point for the Himalayan view and it is the place of the indigenous people Gurung. Overnight at Guesthouse. B.L.D
Day 03.
Hike down to phedi and drive back to Pokhara- 1.5 hours:
Today, it is easy trhiking down to Phedi about one and half hour then we drives back to Pokhara.
