Sita Air Crashed in Nepal

Second flight of Sita air certainly accident near Kathmandu airport this morning, there is 16 passengers and three crew members died.

It crashed near the capital Kathmandu, police said. “A Sita Air plane carrying 16 passengers and three crew crashed near Kathmandu airport. Rescuers are trying to put out the fire,'' police spokesman Binod Singh said. He added the aircraft had taken off minutes earlier and was bound for Lukla, a small town in northeastern Nepal which serves as the gateway to Everest region.

“The plane plunged into the banks of the Manohara River of Kathmandu. The plane crash occurred at around 6:30 am.’’

The nationality of the passengers was not immediately clear.
